REGISTRATION

  • • Everyone willing to attend the 5th International Eastern Pediatric Congress as doctor or company representative must be registered.
  • • Registration payments must be made according to the payment plan under the contract. A 10% default interest shall accrue on any delayed payment.
  • • 20% VAT will be added to registration fees.

ACCOMMODATION NO ROOMS AVAILABLE

  • • Accommodation fees are package prices for 3 nights as bed & breakfast accommodation (Check-in as of 14.00 hrs of September 25, 2025 and checkout as of 12.00 hrs of September 28, 2025 -breakfast included).
  • • 2% accommodation tax and 10% VAT shall be added to accommodation fees.
